    3. Start an eBird.

  • Log in and go to "My File". This file contains all your reservations with reservation number.

For locations:

  • Log in and click under the heading bookings at offers and requests. Here you will find an overview of all applications and their status. The most recent application is at the top. 

eBird is a chat system that allows you to easily communicate with Worldmeetings. Thanks to eBird, all communication about a booking is in one place.

Bookers

Worldmeetings is an intermediary for all your business meetings. Think about booking meeting rooms outside the office, hotel accommodation, events and a table in a restaurant. We take away organisations' worries that come with finding, booking, administering and paying for meetings.

The service team can be reached at 070-3131100 choice 1 for all your queries. The service team is available at these times:

  • Office days: 08:00 - 17:30
  • Emergency only: office days 17:30 - 22:00 and weekends/public holidays from 08:00 - 18:00

Do you have a question about a reservation? If so, please send an eBird. 

For other questions that are not about a reservation. Please contact us via info@worldmeetings.nl or 070-313 11 00

As a booker, you can reset your password. On the login page, click on "forgot login details?". If you have forgotten your login code or password, you can log in via the link in the eBird messages we send you. 

It is possible to retrieve your customer number. This can be done by clicking on "forgotten login details?" on the login page.

At the bottom of the search results, you will find a "Desired location is not present" button. If you use this, you can enter the desired location in step 3. This button may have been disabled at the request of your organisation or company. If this is the case, please contact the service team.

Log in as a booker. Then click on "My File" and find your booking. You can then start an eBird chat and make your changes in it.

Log in as a booker. Then click on "My File" and find your reservation. If you then open your reservation, you will find the option to cancel it there. If you refresh the page, you will see that the status has changed to "cancelled".

Costs vary from venue to venue. This has to do with the size of a venue and the expectation of how much will be booked. In addition, the Marketing Package also differs per venue. Like the fixed costs, the commission percentage differs per location. We are happy to make a appointment to see how much commission will be charged.

Log in to the CMS tool. Your contract is saved under the "contract" option.

We can link with your channel manager. We link with SmartHotel, RezExchange and Cubulis. Soon we will also link with Siteminder.

A client can request a quote from your venue via our booking tool. You will receive this request via an eBird in the mail. The link included in this mail leads to our CMS tool so you can view the request.

Your invoice will be paid within 45 days of approval. In the cms tool, you can see in which week you can expect your payment. Click under the heading bookings on bookings, invoices & payment. Select the heading expected payments and then click search. Now you will see a total overview of expected payments.

Worldmeetings.com does not apply a standard price for a reservation. As each contract and link is customised, the cost of a reservation depends on the arrangements made.

Without working with Worldmeetings, you have stacks of invoices lying around for various venues. With Worldmeetings, you only have one creditor and you can also save on event and meeting procurement. We offer tailor-made service. At your request, we can set up a link with your company's procurement system. We have extensive experience in creating such links, including SAP, Facilitator, Coupa, Esize and DigiInkooop.
