This way, you will be helped the fastest:

Are you a customer or location and have questions about a reservation or invoice? Log in to your account and start an eBird.

This allows us to immediately see which reservation you have questions about. Moreover, the entire conversation is saved with the reservation. This is a big advantage for both you and us if you want to read it back later. We cannot stress enough that communicating via eBird is the easiest and fastest way to get in touch with Worldmeetings. You proceed as follows:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Look up your reservation or invoice.
3. Open your reservation or invoice.
4. Start an eBird.

In your account, you can make a reservation by choosing 'meet' or 'stay overnight'

The service team can be reached at 070-3131100 choice 1 for all your other queries. The service team is available at these times:
- Office days: 08:00 - 17:30
- Emergency only: office days 17:30 - 22:00 and - weekends/public holidays from 08:00 - 18:00
