applications in?

This is how your venue receives applications:

As a venue, you will receive requests for hotel accommodation, one-day meetings, multi-day meetings and multi-day meetings with hotel accommodation. We explain for each type how to process the request.

Request for an overnight stay

Do you have a channel manager linked to us? Then this does not apply to you. Unless the request is a group request or your channel manager is close, in which case you will still receive an eBird.

We explain in just 4 steps how to process the overnight stay request.

  1. Click on the link in the mail
  2. Login to the CMS Tool and click on the open eBird.
  3. Open the most recent application, which is at the top
  4. Review the details of the application, accept or reject it

If you accept the request, you will receive a confirmation of this in your e-mail. Don't forget to put the reservation in your own system as well.

Please note! There is a time limit for rejecting or accepting the application. For rooms, this is 2 hours on weekdays.

Request for a meeting or a meeting with overnight stay

Do you have a request for a one-day meeting or a multi-day meeting with or without overnight stay? In 7 steps, we explain how to handle your request

  1. Click on the link in the mail
  2. Login to the CMS-Tool and click on the open eBird
  3. Open the most recent application, which is at the top.
  4. Under the heading Info application you will find general information about the application
  5. Enter your rates, under the heading Rates
  6. Answer the questions, under the heading Questions
  7. You can now accept or reject the application

If you accept the request, you will receive a confirmation of this in your e-mail. Don't forget to put the reservation in your own system as well.

Please note! There is a time limit for rejecting or accepting the application. For meetings, this is 24 hours on weekdays.
