Situation report
For efficiency reasons, UWV wanted to contract one service provider to search, book, advise, compare and negotiate meeting and accommodation facilities. UWV also wanted optimisation via an online booking tool and a link to its internal ordering system.

Added value of Worldmeetings
Worldmeetings handles the entire process of procurement, search, selection, booking, administration and financial processing for meetings and overnight stays within the Netherlands for UWV. We did this partly by creating an online booking tool that has the UWV look & feel and is also linked to the facility management software system Facilitor in combination with monthly invoicing. The online booking tool is fully protected and can only be accessed by authorised UWV employees. The performance, management and maintenance of the online booking tool is as agreed and expected.

Through Worldmeetings' personalised services and, in doing so, its active thinking on cost optimisation, UWV 25% savings realised. This consists of 14% direct savings and 15% indirect savings. UWV bookers are also very satisfied, giving Worldmeetings a 8.5.
