Prefer to present your own concept? That is also possible in the tasting kitchen! This demonstration kitchen is perfect for product launches or customer events, for example.

Circular venue with a rich history:
The Mauritskazerne was built between 1904 and 1906 in neo-Renaissance style. The stately entrance, high ceilings and large arched windows give this location a unique look. The industrial look is enhanced by the interior of mainly recycled materials. The monumental barracks were recently fully preserved, allowing you to benefit from today's comfort. The location therefore not only has an inspiring past but also a story for the future. After all, what you eat and drink comes from farmers, bakers and other food producers from the FoodValley region. Tasty, honest, sustainable, circular and future-proof.
Station location with parking:
The Mauritskazerne is located in Ede, centrally in the Netherlands. A 5-minute walk from the Ede-Wageningen intercity railway station, but the barracks are also easy to reach by car. You can get there from the A12 motorway within 10 minutes. Parking is available in a large car park near the barracks.
